- Introduction
- Purpose of the call is to agree details of transition from the Formal liaisons meeting which were predicated on jointly developed documents under a common IPR arrangement.
- Move To an open exchange of information approach based on scheduling preneatona by individual SDo of their results or work in progress.
- This was agreed in principle in the previous call 2021-11-22 M-SDO AN Formal Liaison Meeting Notes #13 - AN-SDO Collaboration - TM Forum Confluence

- Meeting structure proposal
- Proposals received from several SDO ( see below) suggestion suggests that the original proposal of 6 week meeting intervals looks to be too infrequent.
- We will propose slots on Mondays and Fridays at approximately 3-week intervals..
- Scheduling review topics
- Proposal is to put up working page with a running schedule and a list of candidate presentations on the shared AN-SDO workspace.
- Proposal is to schedule the SDO proposasl into the schedule by using the AN SDO email explorer discussion list and to send out ZOOM Outlook invites by email.
- Formal meeting between MSDO will be scheduled only when necessary. For example when needed to hold alignment discussions on related results from multiple SDOs. e.g. AN Levels alignment.
- None of this is intended to interfere with normal meetings between SDOs.

- Proposal have been receivied form 3GPP SA5, IEEE TM Forum and ONAP see draft list at 2022 Open Information Exchange Meeting Proposal and Schedule - AN-SDO Collaboration - TM Forum Confluence ( these are working titles ).
