Absolutely, any TM Forum member can suggest a project or propose an idea for a project. The best way to do that is to find the related forum, the one most likely to include people who would be interested in your idea and that community’s leader or post your idea as a new discussion. When You will need at minimum, one service provider and three participating companies (vendors, software companies, etc...) to join and when you have gathered support for the new project, develop and submit a Project Charter for approval.
