Confluence is one of the tools TM Forum user for Project Team Collaboration.  Confluence has a full feature set of 180 features!  This is the first in a series of blog posts about on how you can to configure Confluence to meet your needs, focusing .  These posts will focus on the standard Confluence features and also specific TM Forum tools and processes that support project teams.  They will all have the label "configure-confluence".

Watching

TM Forum advises watching a whole space and not just a page.  By watching a whole space you will receive notification on all the content changes in the space.

Daily Updates

The Daily Update is a nice way to get updates on spaces you watch. You can manage what you are subscribed to here http://projects.tmforum.org/wiki/users/viewmyemailsettings.action 

I have selected to subscribe to daily updates.

Here is an example of a Daily Update I get from Confluence, it allows me to see the "pulse" of projects that I am actively managing and others that I am only participating or just interested in.
