Catalyst Project Team Roles & Responsibilities RACI
Here is a list of the project team roles & responsibilities and RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed).
Project Team leads will need to identify members to fulfill the relevant roles and add this to the current project charter which can be found in the project page in Confluence.
Each Catalyst Project needs at least one Catalyst Champion and one Catalyst Participants. More than one team members can be a Catalyst Champion or Catalyst Participant.

Catalyst program fees (

- Pricing is for Participants only, except for Open Source Catalysts where both Champions and Participants pay fees*.
- Champions do not pay a Catalyst fee (except for Open Source Catalysts*) but are expected to contribute time and effort towards defining the challenge, establishing the business requirements/use cases, giving feedback on solutions as they are developed, and promoting the solutions within their organizations and to the industry.
There is a 25% discount for full Catalyst teams continuing to an additional phase of an existing Catalyst project (please note that this discount does not apply to new team members joining for the additional phase).

*Open Source Catalysts: All companies (both Champions and Participants) pay a flat fee to participate in Open Source Catalyst projects. Membership Tiers A &B pay $6,300, other Tiers pay $4,450.
**Non-members pay a Catalyst Supplement on top of the standard Catalyst fee. For CSP Catalysts the Supplement is 150% of the standard fee (i.e. the total fee is 2.5x the standard fee) and for Ecosystem Catalysts the Supplement is 20% (i.e. the total fee is 1.2x the standard fee).
