Theme Projects | Digital Ecosystems Management (DEM) The Digital Ecosystem Program champions the Telco industry and builds the cross-industry relationships to enable co-innovation opportunities with the ultimate ambition to reduce friction and barriers of growing new business. Zero Touch Partnering & Marketplaces Business is evolving towards a model where companies specialize based on their core competencies and partner to deliver new services to market. This is a great way to grow your business through a series of strategic partnerships. The ability to manage partnerships safely, onboarding them easily and managing them through their lifecycle right through to the ability to manage revenue share and settlement in a complex ecosystem will be a core competency required into the future. In this area of work the team will aim to create the architecture, API components and data models requires to ease the friction of doing business and enable automated management of partnerships into the future. Connectivity as a Service (CaaS) CSPs need to dramatically improve the ease with which they offer connectivity services to their enterprise customers. The complexity of connectivity needs to be further abstracted and connectivity needs to become as scalable and customizable as cloud compute is today. This is particularly important in relation to enterprise market opportunities in the connectivity and cloud edge compute space. This work needs to capture the essential APIs and data models in a pattern to be exposed by all CSPs globally making it easier to consume connectivity services. This is essential work for our industry which the foundation of trust and assurance upon which to grow business in delivery of new services beyond connectivity. Business Assurance also provides confidence around the organization ensuring process governance and information integrity, which strengthens trust in the brand. The focus being on how to improve/maximize their value to the organization – ensuring engagement and recognition throughout the organization, established as key participants within change management teams and adopting a risk-based approach – both internally and external to the organization – Ecosystem Risk Management. Gaining a holistic view of your business from a capability perspective is key for building diversification and growth strategies. ODA's Business Architecture helps improve strategic decision making, communication between business & IT teams and alignment of stakeholders and implementation strategies. |
