Welcome to the TM Forum Project Charter space.
The charter is a document that is used to capture and describe a TM Forum collaborative project’s scope, deliverables and participants. The charter is used for several reasons: to evaluate and approve projects and inform TM Forum members and the public of TM Forum projects.
Anyone can view approved Project Charters. TM Forum Team Leads Chairs and Members may create Project Charters.
