AN MSDO IEEE presentation
Date: Sep 5, 2022 01:52 PM London
Meeting notes
- Dave opened the meeting with some background and ongoing proposals .
- Working pages for this information exchange meeting are at: 2022 Open Information Exchange Meeting Proposal and Schedule - AN-SDO Collaboration - TM Forum Confluence
- We have a strong pipeline of proposed presentations and topics.
- In Q1 2022 we had proposed information exchange meetings starting in the Q3 w 2022 at approximately 6-week intervals.
- Given the strong pipeline and the objective being to get timely exchange of information, Dave proposed to reduce the interval to 4 weeks. Currently, we are on the First Monday of the month at 15:00 CET.
- Dave will plan on this basis and communicate via the AN-SDO email on frequency and data time. Noting that moving back an hour might be helpful for ETSI.
- Key discussion points,
- Areas where there may be further cooperation/ discussions
- The ETSI work on multilevel control loop and stability models based on Game Theory (Ed Note: this relates to TMF AN Reference architecture horizontal and intelligence management interfaces).
- Autonomous testing activities in TSI ATS specifically ETSI TR 103 748 Architecture for Autonomous Test Systems(ATS)] ETSI TR 103 749 Definition of standardizable metrics for AN.
- IEEE boundaries. This might need a followup on exchange of information on intent interface and how they might support the requirement n the IEEE presentation on bounded Contexts and how these evolve across SDO and implementers.
- IEEE International Network direction . Annual report on how network will evolve over 3-5-10 years - Opportunity for other SDO to contribute into updates to this document see fureenetwork.ieee.org
network Roadmap due in 2023 based on work in that latter part of this year - COOP AN. IEEE is proceeding with Common Operating Principle for AN . Email will be sent shortly inviting SDO to contribute to these principles.
- Further notes to be added.
