Comprised a series of presentations from Multiple SDO presenting their ideas on Autonomous Networks and where they thought that coordination/ cooperation could be useful.
Concluded that could be useful to share definitions of some key terms to raise awareness of position of different SDO work.
The key reasons for this proposal was to clarify the need for two threads of activity one dealing with formal and administrative issues and a second thread of Open Workshops for sharing or information and raising awareness.
Also, need to get a schedule of meetings locked down, meeting invites sent out and for there to be a written down schedule of discussion topics.

Notifications and communications
the formal/ administrative thread is communicated to SDO Points of Contact see: Formal SDO Liaison Contacts List
The notion is that the open workshop can have free exchange of ideas but where formal liaisons are needed the Formal/administrative thread can be used to review any workshop proposals and if appropriate conduct any necessary formal communication /agreements between interested SDOs.
It is not intended that the formal SDO coordination thread directs the workshop discussions as we are not trying to create an uber SDO organization.
Frequency
The frequency of the formal administrative meeting is proposed to be at 8 week interval and for the open workshops monthly.
Propose to change timing of meeting to Monday PM and to have longer meeting for the workshop cf. the formal administrative meetings.
Feedback on proposal WP01
Conclusion was we need to change the names of the two threads to be sub threads of Multi-SDO AN.
Meeting frequency for formal administrative discussion should be about 8 weeks.
Need to add an outline of the deliverables expected from each thread to the WP01 proposal.
Confusion over inclusion of WP03 in the Formal administrative thread. Concluded that it is about AN vision / objective rather that MULt-SDO vision and onbjectives - Agreed to move to the Open Workshop thread.
It is expected that the workshop will also include topics proposed in WP02 Roadmap and Landscape, WP03(AN) Business Vision & requirements: and later and IEEE proposal WP04 Overarching Blueprint of Common Operational Principles of Autonomic/Autonomous Networks.
AP TM Forum Will prepare an updated WP01 proposal.
Ed Note postworkshopsuggested we might need a work flow diagram show how the two threads work together and possibly some procedure descriptions.
Create a common agreement on strategic objectives with results in or before 2022 WP03
WP 3 propose addressing both AN business and technical objectives and is an evolution of the original TM Forum proposal to Workshop #1 to address feedback received.
Some lack of clarity about Business Objective in thisdraftagreed there are two business objective those of the coordination and those of AN itself. which is what this WP03 is about and the Objective of the SDO coordination and benefit which can be handledin the formal administrative thread.
Candidates for inclusion in agreement include:
Joint catalysts / PoC e.g. Demonstrating AN interoperability between independently developed AN using only common agreement.
Use cases for catalysts.
Develop Landscape / Roadmap documents.
Interactions and interoperability specifications.
Testing and verification mechanisms.
This list reflects the TM Forum view of possible objective for the Multi-SDO liaison ( as distinct from ANBusiness objectives).
