Welcome to the TM Forum Project Charter space.
The charter is a document that is used to capture and describe a TM Forum collaborative project’s scope, deliverables and participants. The charter is used for several reasons: to evaluate and approve projects and inform TM Forum members and the public of TM Forum projects.
To create a project charter, click the Drafts section on the left hand menu. Click on the Create Project Charter button on that page. Once you save the project charter, you'll be able to see it under the "Draft Charters" area below. |
Anyone can view approved Project Charters. TM Forum Team Leads and Members may create Project Charters. An active charter (under "Current Projects" below) can be used as an example or reference as to how a Charter is completed. If you have further questions, please contact the Forum staff member that is assigned to your area.
