Quite often there is a need to work with other project teams in order to gain input, feedback and ensure consistency across project work.

In order to share work with other project teams (and the membership at large) a project team should "Team Approve" the items. Members of other project teams may then review the work and submit feedback using the Feedback submission process.

 The steps are as follows:

  • The project team meets and agrees that it wishes to share the work with other project teams to get their feedback
  • The Confluence pages are set to "Team Approved"
  • A copy of the pages is then made available in the "Team Approved" section of the Published Deliverables space
  • This makes the work visible to all TM Forum members
  • The project team may invite members of other project teams to review the work and submit Feedback
  • The Feedback is then reviewed by the designated IPR contact of the submitter's company
  • If the Feedback is approved then it is routed to the project team for their review and consideration
  • The Feedback could then be incorporated in the final version of the deliverable that is submitted for formal member evaluation
  • This process may be repeated as many times as the project team would like during a project cycle
