Unlocking the value locked within a vertically integrated business model is something that CSPs are exploring. Splitting the business into two entities NetCo(which looks after network operations) and ServCo (which tends to customers) will drive mainly for the NetCo to speedup Network Investment ROI, minimize dependencies, increase agility, introduce Network Product into their payloads.

Be a part of a team that is defining the transformation journey of CSP to ServCo and NetCo business model.What are the other related possibilities and how the interface with ServCo and NetCo are flexible enough to meet the ever-evolving business requirements.
