| Mission | To agree the common language to underpin all of the Open Digital Architecture. This will be defined in terms of a common Process Framework (eTOM), a common Information Framework (SID), and a common Functional Framework. |

It addresses a wide range of challenges brought about by market, business model and technology changes. And will enable service providers to deliver at speed, quickly respond to changes, simplify the building of partner ecosystems, strengthen and simplify the procurement process, support zero touch operations, and reduce total cost of ownership. The Information Systems Architecture project provides the common language to underpin the ODA. |
| Strategy | The Information Systems Architecture project maintains very mature assets within ODA (i.e. Process Framework (eTOM), a common Information Framework (SID), and a common Functional Framework). These assets are maintained by the members in response to market, business and technology changes. And are released, as a consistent set, twice a year. |
