    • Review Multi SDO Topic Table:  Topic / SDO Matrix - AN-SDO Collaboration - TM Forum Confluence
      • Kevin McDonnellreviewed the topics table
      • Objectives are:
        • Provide a tabular overview of the SDO AN relevant document.
        • Focus at his stage is on data collection and discovery.
        • Identify areas where there are related activities where it  may be appropriate to carry out additional exchange of information.
      • Plan to use this table in any joint report / white paper that we produce.
      • Agreed we need a completed snapshot by 21st before 21st June, so we can present as prat part of the input to the Formal MSDO meeting 21st June.
      • AP Dave Milhamsend email remainder to organization that have yet to provide input and outline the Process for Submission .
      • Agreed that we should add a couple of additional columns covering status and availability date.
      • Discussed which topics we should review on the next open meeting.  
      • Candidates are those that have maximum interest are Intent Based Management and Control Loops.
      • Ranganai Chaparadza  and Dr. Muslim Elkotob suggested that would be best to frame this as Multi layer Control and Abstraction as it is the interplay between intent and control loops that needs discussion ( see proposal later).
      • Suggested that in exploring these topics that we should see how they do or do not support the three use cases from China Mobile:
        • Introduction of new Intelligent application to AN
        • Transition from current automation/ autonomous level to a higher level
        • Operational maintenance of a current Automation Level
        • AP Kevin McDonnell Dave Milham Proivde proposal on how use cases can be used to drive the analysis of the Document data capture results.
    • Review WP02 Progress ( Table)   and improve guidelines:
  • IEEE WP04 Common Principles  New work package proposal MSDO-3_Towards Development of a Blueprint of Common Operational Principles for ANs V1.10.pdf
    • Ranganai Chaparadza  reviewed the contribution made last time 
      • MSDO-3:  Common Operating principle : 
      • the main review focus was the common operating principles for Governance suggested in Slide #4
      • Feedback was this might be pitch at too low a level almost API calls
      • consensus was we need something like a service /function based view  but need to have sufficient details for it to be practically used as a principle that can be evaluated and validated / tested.
  • Outline of plan for  joint white Papers
    • Input to Formal administrative MSDO meeting 21st June 2021
    • TM Forum make a proposal for a joint white paper cover Landscape and roadmap ( may reference or include the Common Operating Principles' proposal ) 
    • This will need  formal SDO discussion on  how material is contributed reviewed and communicated.

    • Zou Lan Pointed out that 3GPP has sent a couple of liaisons to TMForum Cecilia Ortega Lagos confirmed were received Friday 4th Jun
