One of the most important parts of the TM Forum Integration Framework API program is a set of standard interfaces REST based APIs that enable rapid, repeatable, and flexible integration among operations and management systems.

The TM Forum API Ecosystem is a family of family of APIs making it easier to create, build and operate complex innovative services.

TM Forum REST based APIs are designed for use on anything from IoT device management to complex any digital services to device management including B2B value fabrics and they apply to all the topics our members are focused on: IoT, namely but not limited to Internet of Things, Digital Health, Smart Grid, Big Data, NFV, Next Generation OSS/BSS and much more.

TM Forum’s API ecosystem provides Ecosystem APIs provide end-to-end APIs management capabilities to improve the consistency and effectiveness of communications across boundaries. 

In the age of the digital economy, services are typically delivered through a sophisticated partnering of multiple providers who are all using different systems and interfaces. TM Forum is developing an API family that enables services to be managed end to end and throughout their lifecycle in this environment where multiple partners are involved in the service delivery.

The APIs allow simple and coherent management of any given service and provide developers key design patterns to enable rapid implementation.
