Mission | TM Forum’s AI Operations (AIOps) project is helping the industry design, develop, deploy, operate and manage maintain AI systems & components at scale by reducing risks within and between different organizationsand ensuring the effectiveness of the investment in AI. It provides a blueprint on how to deploy manage AI operations by redesigning and reengineering operational processes to support AI, as well as a framework and toolset for governing AI operations at scalefor governing the E2E AIOps lifecycle. It empowers service providers to get more intelligence from their data, allowing better decision making.incorporate AI driven solutions in their organisations safely and effectively. | ||

Strategy | The focus of the analysis and assessment in this work is the AIOps Service Management layer, and more specifically the analysis and & assessment of the IT development and Network service management operations processes , to identify gaps and challenges and define principles and guidelines for the reengineering of those processes in order to prepare them to manage and govern large deployments of AI systems and AI components in CSPs operations environments. The end goal of our journey is to enable and drive the transformation of traditional service management practices into what we call AIOps Service Managementoperation into AI driven operations. |
