Catalyst presentation Speaker(s): due 23 May
- All Catalyst project teams at DTW Ignite 2025 will give a 10-minute presentation on the Catalyst Arena Stage.
- Catalyst arena presentation sessions will be listed in the DTW Ignite 2025 agenda on the event website and in the app
- The Arena presentation is separate from the Judge's demonstration team will do at their kiosk and is not one of the aspects judges consider for the Catalyst Awards. Please see DTW Ignite 2025 Catalyst Awards page for information on the award judging process

Your demo kiosk stand includes:
- Two wired internet drops estimated at 5-10 MB up/down bandwidth each on a shared backbone
- We strongly recommend you use the wired connections whenever possible as the Wi-Fi may have disruptions beyond our control.
- Even laptops and many mobile devices that do not have a built-in ethernet ports can use USB-C adapters (for example) and you should bring these with you to use the wired connections.
- We encourage teams to bring a switch and RJ45 ethernet cables and split that for any additional wired devices if more than two connections are required. We will have a limited number of switches available at the Innovation Information desk
- We’ve upgraded the bandwidth for the Catalysts to maintain high bandwidth connection for all your devices.
- Reminder: Please don't forget to bring a USB adapter for Ethernet (and HDMI) if your laptop does not have these ports.
- Access to shared event Wi-Fi connection.
- Catalysts will have their own dedicated Wi-Fi the will ONLY work in the Catalyst zones
- SSID: Catalysts

- Every endeavor is taken to provide reliable Wi-Fi, however, on occasion it is subject to interruption outside the organizer's control so utilizing provided wired connections is strongly recommended
- Note: 2.4GHz devices will not be supported
- Fill out the Catalyst Network Requirements form
- List of any connection requirements (in addition to the 2 wired internet drops) for any non-personal devices or equipment that requires Wi-Fi that will be used at your kiosk. This will allow us to work with the venue and ensure they are properly supported.
- Wi-Fi setup for a demo will only be available based on technical requirements demonstrating that utilizing wired connections is not feasible.

- Timing: Each presentation is 9 minutes, we recommend speaking for 8 minutes leaving 1-minute for Q&A.

- Edit content and add videos/animations (but stay within the outlined topics).
- Embed videos directly in the deck and note the slide number for AV testing.

- To ensure smooth transitions and maximize speaking time, no changes to slides will be accepted after 4 PM CEST the day before your presentation – No exceptions

- Your Catalyst stand includes:
- Two wired internet drops estimated at 5-10 MB up/down bandwidth each on a shared backbone
- We strongly recommend you use the wired connections whenever possible as the Wi-Fi may have disruptions beyond our control.
- Even laptops and many mobile devices that do not have a built-in ethernet ports can use USB-C adapters (for example) and you should bring these with you to use the wired connections.
- We encourage teams to bring a switch and RJ45 ethernet cables and split that for any additional wired devices if more than two connections are required. We will have a limited number of switches available at the Catalyst Information desk.
- We’ve upgraded the bandwidth for the Catalysts to maintain high bandwidth connection for all your devices.
- Reminder: Please don't forget to bring a USB adapter for Ethernet (and HDMI) if your laptop does not have these ports.
- Access to shared event Wi-Fi connection.
- Catalysts will have their own dedicated Wi-Fi the will ONLY work in the Catalyst zones

- List of any connection requirements (in addition to the 2 wired internet drops) for any non-personal devices or equipment that requires Wi-Fi that will be used at your kiosk. This will allow us to work with the venue and ensure they are properly supported.
- To ensure the best experience for any demos we strongly recommend using wired connections for all equipment possible.
- Wi-Fi setup for a demo will only be available based on technical requirements demonstrating that utilizing wired connections is not feasible.
- Every endeavor is taken to provide reliable Wi-Fi, however, on occasion it is subject to interruption outside the organizer's control so utilizing provided wired connections is strongly recommended
No external Wi-Fi broadcast devices (routers, access points, personal hotspots etc.) will be allowed under any circumstances as per our standard contract terms. This will be monitored and enforced by event security.

- This scanner is for the entire Catalyst team and can only be used to scan attendees visiting your kiosk or arena presentation
- Usernames and passwords will be email by end-of-day 12 June 2025 from support@fielddrive.com
- A member of the project team must PICK UP & RETURN the scanner from the Exhibitor services desk located behind the Media Village
- Tell technician you are with a Catalyst and give your project URN and Kiosk #
- Fill out form and make sure the label on the scanner matches your Catalyst
- You can log in at anytime to download your leads
- Link to Final list of leads will be sent - Must be listed as Team member on project webpage to receive link

Project teams are responsible for having sufficient members onsite for speaking with judges and staffing your kiosk for the duration of the event.All Catalyst project team members attending the event, including Catalyst Arena presentation speakers, must register themselves - we do not register for you!
- Each Company receives two two ALL ACCESS+ passes per Catalyst project
