- TM Forum made a proposition on how to handle IPR, copyright and licensing.
- Based on two unbrandied agreements Participation Agreement and the copyright/license statement for the joint document.
- Address two/three issues: disclosure of patentable interest in the inputs, the holder of the copyright and the license they grant.
- Proposal from TMForum will be available 1st October and sent to formal SDO list and legal representatives.
- Targettis to get material through 3GPP SA5 and on to their formal governance body MSCC in mid October.
- will need the legal Representatives feedback from SDO before we can proceed.
- Discusion of alternative proposal of temporary document in shared meetings
- Noted that we should follow the FRAND model of patentable interest..
- Letter of Intent: Autonomous Networks Multi-SDO Initiatiive
- Situation is ITU FGAN sent a respone declining as they have a limited charter lifespan see i/c liaison to MSDO at 2021-09-13 ITU FNAN liaison sp16-fg-an-oLS-00006 - AN-SDO Collaboration
