Some questions for James Cadman before we update this charter for 2024:
(1) Are we still using THEMES or are these all going to have to change to MISSIONS?
(2) Assuming we update for THEMES (for now at least). I think we need to separate this charter into two. We need to have a CNIT&N charter with Olta as the theme lead, not including C&C, API, ISA, MODA. And add a new theme FOUNDATIONS, with Ian Holloway as the theme lead. (I can of course support IanH in the creation of the charter.)
