Guidelines & Dates This Award Submission form would allow each team to choose the 3 Award categories, they wish to compete for & provide the supporting rationale or proof points. Each team is required to fill in ONLY ONE FORM valid for all award category choices. Entry deadline:   25th August 2023 (midnight - EST) The system will automatically prevent entry submission or edits beyond the deadline & no extensions/exceptions would be possible. Kindly ensure to submit the form atleast a week prior to deadline, to avoid technical glitches at the end.   You can edit your entry form even after submitting, but only until the deadline (25 th Aug). After submission, while 'SUBMIT' button disappears, you c an 'SAVE + CLOSE' to ensure your final version is saved. Since form is dynamic, a ny changes/updations made in the form even after submission are saved automatically in real-time. Please make sure all Catalyst information is entered accurately. E ach Open Innovation Catalyst is eligible to enter for 3 award categories and ensure all the requested information is filled & submitted. NOTE: Only ‘Active’ Catalyst teams are eligible for the awards.
