Scores for this 'General Criteria' will be considered in addition to the scores of 'Award Specific criteria’ for finalizing the winner of a particular award category.

2. Team Collaborations

Please outline how the team members (Participants & Champions) contributed and collaborated towards the Catalyst success.

3. Usage of TMF Assets

Has Catalyst used or contributed towards TM Forum’s assets, best practices & standards?

OUTSTANDING CATALYST – TECH FOR GOOD

Awarded to the Catalyst that demonstrates exemplary utilization of technology to make a difference to positively impact both community welfare and organizational culture, while ensuring attainment of sustainable development goals.

Note This section will be used as input for   Outstanding Catalyst – Tech for Good award.

• Societal impact in next 1 year

Please provide evidence of the degree of societal & industry impact the Catalyst is likely to have in the next 1 year (from community, ESG & Organizational culture perspective).

• Alignment to Sustainable Development Goals

Catalyst project will impact / promote following UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs )

• Please   advise if the impact is direct or indirect and provide a description / proof points on ‘how’ the Catalyst solution will impact / achieve each goal selected.
