Catalyst Team Awards recognize achievements in igniting industry innovation, collaboration, and growth through their proof-of-concepts. This page will break down the full awards cycle including judging, awards categories and post event award communications.
This year we will have two sets of Catalyst Awards "Open Innovation Catalyst Awards",& 'Moonshot Catalyst Awards' to recognize the projects' which demonstrate excellence in their respective categories.
The Open Innovation Catalyst Awards recognize Catalysts that address the key industry challenges through the most engaging, innovative & impactful solutions. All Open Innovation Catalyst teams are eligible for these award categories (i.e. Catalysts with URNs - C24.5.xxx).
The Moonshot Catalyst Awards recognize Catalysts working to solve the Moonshot Challenges by offering ground-breaking and commercially viable technology solutions to the key industry challenges in the most interactive way. All Moonshot Catalyst teams (i.e. Catalysts with URNs - M24.5.xxx) are eligible for the award category of their respective challenge
3. Guidelines & Judging Process
Each Catalyst will be allocated a panel of 3–4 Judges to review & score the teams.
Judging Process:
To score the allocated teams, Judges will review:
Awards submission forms (pre-read - Team will be filling this form between 16th Sept to 18th Oct, 2024)
Catalyst spaces / URL / resources shared on their spaces (pre-read - reviewed by Judges up to 1 week before event)
Onsite team presentation /demos at their booths for Judges. (This is separate to arena presentation on stage)
Award Submission:
Teams are required to submit the Awards' submission forms (1 per team).
Each Catalyst team will be allocated a common Username and Password to access the Awards portal and for submitting their Awards Submission Forms. Login credentials will be shared with team representatives on 16th Sept.
Award Submission dates:
Opens - 16th Sept, 12noon BST onwards
Closes - 18th Oct, midnight EST
Catalyst spaces / URL / resources shared on their spaces (pre-read - reviewed up to 1 week before event)
Online project page is reviewed as part of the judging process.

Onsite Judging:
Each Catalyst will be allocated a panel of 3–4 Judges to review and score the team onsite.
Judges will attend your Arena / stage presentation to review the project summary & ask questions.
Judges may also visit the booths of allocated teams to interact with team further and score the teams.

5. Judges Feedback
You can access the judge's feedback until 31st January 2025.
Please log in to Awards Force, using the same username (team email) and password (emailed or in confluence) as you used for the awards submission.
Once logged in, click 'View Feedback'
Teams can also download their form with comments, for future reference.
