30 August 2024 - PENDING ACTIVATION status deadline -  Project team is viable with a minimum of 2 Champions & 3 paying Participants committed to the project and contracts have been issued

6 September 2024 - Final day for Catalyst trailer video to be recorded 

9 September 2024 - Catalyst Award categories announced

13 September 2024 - Last day for SOW/contracts to be sent for a new company to join a Catalyst team 

13 September 2024 - MOONSHOT ONLY: Deadline to submit Infographic details  (Please note Inform articles will now be written from the content in your Awards submission, you no longer need to fill out a separate form)

16 September 2024 - Catalyst Award submissions OPENS (Please note Inform articles will now be written from the content in your Awards submission, you no longer need to fill out a separate form)

23 September 2024 - Deadline for submitting a high-resolution corporate logo for event onsite Catalyst signage

27 September 2024 - ACTIVE status deadline - A minimum of 2 Champions & 3 paying Participants have signed and returned their contracts -  approval to showcase at Innovate Asia 2024 and invoices sent

4 October 2024 - Deadline for ALL SOWs/Contracts to be signed by Catalyst team members

18 October 2024 - Catalyst Award submissions CLOSES

24 October 2024 - Deadline to submit speakers for onsite Catalyst presentations (Submission form here) 

31 October 2024 - Deadline to submit Catalyst onsite presentations slide deck (Email to catalystsops@tmforum.org) Resources for online presentation inlcuding presentation deck - HERE 

4 November 2024 - Catalyst Start / move-in date

5 - 7 November 2024 - Innovate Asia
