The Daily Update is a nice way to get updates on spaces you watch. To manage what you are subscribed to click on your profile picture at top right of the screen, then choose Settings.
Select Email and click Edit at the bottom of the page.
TM Forum recommends project members select to subscribe to daily updates.
Here is an example of the Daily Update email from Confluence. This will allow users to see the "pulse" of projects that they are actively managing or participating in or just interested in. The title is always "Confluence changes in the last 24 hours" so TM Forum Project members can create an email rule to put the daily updates in a Confluence Daily Update folder to keep emails tidy.
