    Each parameter below has an equal weightage.

    How well has the team defined the problem statement for their moonshot

    Guidelines & Judging Process


    Each Catalyst will be allocated a panel of 3 Executive Judges to review & score the teams.

    Judging Process:

      • To score the allocated teams, Judges will review: 

          • Awards submission forms (pre-read - reviewed up to 1 week before

    • Judges would be reviewing the Catalyst teams based on the following: -

      Awards Submission forms (To be filled in by teams - PRIOR to the
          • event)

          • Catalyst

    • Spaces
          • spaces / URL /

    • Resources
          • resources shared on their spaces

    • etc.

    • Kindly ensure to keep it updated with the latest information
          • pre-read - reviewed up to 1 week before event)

          • Onsite team interactions / demos at their booths (

    • at the DTW Event in Copenhagen)
    • Catalyst Awards webinars would also be held by TM Forum staff in July-August, to share about this is detail.

    Award Submission:

      • Teams are required to submit the Awards submission forms (1 per team).

      • Each Catalyst team will be allocated a common Username and 

    • Catalyst team would require submitting their Awards' submission forms for Judges to review. Template & details to be shared in due course.

    • Each Catalyst team will be allocated a common Username &
      • Password to access the Awards portal and for submitting their Awards Submission Forms.

      • Award Submission dates:

        • Opens - 8th April

        • Closes - 24th May


    Catalyst spaces / URL / resources shared on their spaces (pre-read - reviewed up to 1 week before event)

      • Online project page is reviewed as part of the judging process.

      • It's important to keep these spaces updated 

      • Teams can upload resources such as: 

        • PDFs

        • Whitepaper

        • Links to CurateFx

        • Videos

        • Presentations

        • Infographics

    Onsite Judging:

      • Each Catalyst will be allocated a panel of 3 Executive Judges to review & score the teams.

      • Judges will visit the booths of allocated

    • teams primarily on
      •  teams to interact with and score the teams. 

      • Onsite Judging will take place all day on Day 1 (

    • 19th Sept

    • on first half
