1. Project Statuses

Matchmaking

  • Teams work to get the minimum required number of CHAMPIONS and paying PARTICIPANTS committed to the Catalyst project
  • A Catalyst webpage is built for teams to post project details and recruit additional members
  • Catalyst teams can begin work on planning, designing, building, and testing their solution

Pending Activation

Deadline - 30 August 2024

  • Minimum of 3 paying Participants and 2 Champions committed to the project team with contracts sent
  • The Contracts process should in progress for all ‘confirmed’ members of the Catalyst team. 
  • This project team is eligible to additional marketing and operational support benefits.

Active (viable)

Deadline: 27 September 2024 

  • A minimum of 3 paying Participants and 2 Champion contracts have been signed and returned
  • Approved to showcase at Innovate Asia and assigned kiosk location and presentation slot
  • Additional marketing and operational support benefits are made available, including Award eligibility. 

2. First steps when joining a Catalyst team

New to a Catalyst team? Open our first steps guide below to get yourself started 

  1. Create an account at  https://myaccount.tmforum.org/register

  2. Have a fellow member add you to your Catalyst team list in your project page - (Check our help guides if assistance needed)

  3. Check or Add logo to your online companies view in your project page - How to add, edit, remove logo guide 

  4. Reach out to the Catalyst's Project Lead(s) / Co-Lead(s) to be added to any calls and meetings

  5. If Catalyst is in 'PENDING ACTIVATION' or 'ACTIVE' status, have your company representative work with your Engagement Manager to execute Catalyst contracts
