Confirmation of participation in a project is at the Organization level. All organizations with individuals participating in or contributing to a project must sign a contract.

Timely notification to  [email protected] and your CSM is key to make sure new members are properly onboard and eligible to access to all relevant Catalyst team members resources.

• Catalyst project teams are responsible to add new team members to the Team members section on their Catalyst project webpage
• Everyone working on the project must be added as a team member to be recognized as a member of the project team and get access to various resources and platforms. 
• This list feeds into several critical functions including:
  • Company logos & team member appearing on the website
  • Team email address distribution lists
  • Access to follower and onsite lead data
  • Inclusion in Catalyst operations communications

• Members are responsible for adding/updating their company logo to the project webpage
• Member will only be able to add the logo for their company
• Accepted files are .jpg, .gif, .png
• When a Company logo is added/updated on one Catalyst project webpage, it will automatically be updated to all other Catalyst projects that company is a member of

TIP: Crop / remove any "padding" around your logo image before uploading it for it to appear larger on the Project webpage

Each Catalyst team has been assigned a dedicated TM Forum Catalyst Success Manager (CSM) to support and assist as needed and help answer any questions you may have regarding the Catalyst program.  They will be checking in on a regular basis to make sure you are getting all the information. 

There are several leadership positions that we require all project teams to identify.  Your team should decide who is best suited to fulfill these roles then update your team member profile in the Catalyst Team Tab in your Catalyst Space. A team member should only take on a single lead role so to not have one person responsible for multiple leadership roles. Details of team roles can be found here 

TM Forum will provide a unique ZOOM account for Catalyst teams to use to help members work on the project, set up calls, and conduct meetings/demos etc. These are private and teams will be able to control who is allowed access to these calls. 

Fill out this form, and a ZOOM email and password will then be provided for team to use to set up calls for the duration of the Catalyst cycle.  This can then be shared with other team members.  

Remember to add new team members to any meeting invites or email your team uses for internal communications. 

TM Forum can provide a private online co-working space in Confluence for Catalyst teams to use to help as you work on your project.

This optional tool, run by Tr3dent and developed in partnership with the TM Forum, can help capture you Catalyst story and model. Access will initially be given to project leads, ensure you check your log-in. 

• CurateFx is a SaaS tool available to all Catalyst teams that have been used by 80+ catalyst projects across a range of digital transformation and digital ecosystem projects. Through its unique structured collaboration platform it enables teams to work more effectively, consistently and efficiently throughout the lifecycle of the catalyst project.

A 2-minute trailer ‘elevator pitch’ video will be produced for your Catalyst team designed to promote your project to our members and followers.  This is not a presentation of results, but a way to build interest by highlighting the Catalyst project’s goals and benefits.

• Provide the details of ONE team-chosen representative to be “on camera” for your video via this Catalyst trailer video speaker form
• Submit your speaker's details within 7 days of reaching Pending Activation status

• Videos are posted via TM Forum’s social media channels throughout the cycle, so the sooner yours is done the sooner it will be posted.

A major milestone for our Catalyst teams is when they have commitment confirmed from a minimum of 3 paying Participants and 2 Champions and advance to 'Pending Activation' status. 

Project is considered viable and members get access to additional marketing benefits and operational support resources

Consistent input, validation & participation from a highly involved Champion throughout the duration of the project cycle is key to success. Champions are critical partners and fundamental for industry acceptance and endorsement.

Reaching ‘Active’ status means your project has met all the requirements to fully participate in that Catalyst cycle.

A minimum of 3 paying Participants and 2 Champion contracts have been signed and returned.

Registration pass links are sent to members with signed SOWs/ Catalyst Contracts

Invoices are issued (when applicable).

A spot to demonstrated live at the corresponding event is confirmed, project team is eligible to submit for awards, and all relevant marketing and operational support benefits are made available.

Throughout the cycle there will be regular webinars containing information about the cycle and deliverables. Please attend or watch these webinars on-demand to keep updated.

Teams should be holding regular calls through the cycle with active participation from both Participant and Champion representatives.

Project teams are responsible for having sufficient members onsite for speaking with judges and staffing your kiosk for the duration of the event.

All Catalyst project team members must register themselves if they are attending the event

A link to the passes will be sent to the contract signer when the Catalyst project reaches 'ACTIVE' status and receipt of a fully signed and completed SOW / Catalyst Contract for the relevant Catalyst project from the participating organization

• Each Company receives two* ALL ACCESS+ passes per Catalyst project 
• Clients, colleagues, and teammates can receive a 25% discount off an All Access pass 'Standard' pricing rates by using the promo provided with your signed contract
• + pass also allows the recipient early entrance to the show floor on Monday, each day for set-up, and for dismantle. 
• All Catalyst project team members attending the event, including Arena presentation speakers, must register themselves - we do not register for you!

• Logo files should be supplied in a high-res format preferably VECTOR files.   Vector files are scalable and do not lose integrity if scaled.   They are normally files ending in .ai (preferred) or .eps
• Files ending in .svg, or .pdf will need to be checked by the designer before confirming if they are of acceptable quality. 
• NOT ACCEPTED: Logo files end with .png, .jpg or .jpeg.  These files are compressed and are not good enough quality to be enlarged and printed.  This is why we cannot use the logo from your Catalyst project webpage.
• Submit your logo to [email protected]  and include Company name and project URN in email.
• Logos may be withheld from signage until the Catalyst SOW is signed.

TM Forum uses Catalyst Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOWs) for the Catalyst Contracts process, streamlining the legal process for our members to join Catalyst projects.

Statement of Work (SOWs)

• SOWs are only be issued when the Member has a signed Catalyst MSA
• SOWs are required for **each** Catalyst project the Member joins
• SOWs contain specific event and Catalyst project details including any applicable fees
• SOWs are initiated upon receipt of written confirmation/approval of the Member joining the project team

Standard Catalyst Contract

• Standard Project Contracts are used when MSA/SOWs are inapplicable_
• Contracts are required for **each** Project the Member joins
• Project Contracts contain specific event and project details including any applicable fees
• Contracts are initiated upon receipt of written confirmation/approval of the Member joining the project team

Invoices
Invoices are sent when the Catalyst Project Status is ACTIVE and SOW or standard Catalyst Contract is signed

Catalyst infographic and Inform article questionnaire

As part of our marketing efforts, we invite you to participate in a questionnaire that will highlight the key aspects, benefits, and outcomes of your remarkable Catalyst project.By completing the questionnaire, you will provide valuable insights that will drive awareness and generate interest in your work.

We will leverage this information to write a compelling article for TM Forum’s Inform research and digital content hub showcasing your project's impact and explaining its unique contributions create an engaging infographic for driving awareness and generating interest in your work via social media and other marketing channels, both leading up to the event and beyond.

Article drafts will be shared with you by our writers for approval before being published on Inform. The articles will be produced on a first-come, first-served basis, and may be published after the event. Therefore, early completion of the questionnaire and speedy approval of the draft article will expedite the publication and promotion of your article.

Put TBC for Kiosk # until one is assigned

• Your Catalyst stand includes two wired internet drops, estimated at 5-10 MB up/down bandwidth each on a shared backbone and shared access to dedicated Wi-Fi that ONLY works in the Catalyst kiosk zones
• Complete the form and list any additional connection requirements for any non-personal devices or equipment that requires Wi-Fi that will be used at your kiosk.
• Enhancements to internet connections must be submitted BEFORE the event as we will not be able to support changes onsite. Full details here

No external Wi-Fi broadcast devices (routers, access points, personal hotspots etc.) will be allowed under any circumstances as per our standard contract terms.  This will be monitored and enforced by event security.

• Each Catalyst team has a common Username and Password to access the Awards portal and to submit their Awards Submission Forms
• Login credentials were shared with team representatives
• The list of Judges' allocations will be shared on XXX, kindly ensure your Catalyst spaces have been updated with resources.

 All Catalyst project teams will give an 8-minute presentation at the event.

• Catalyst presentation sessions will be listed in the agenda on the event website and in the app 
• Onsite Catalyst presentations are separate from the Judge's demonstrations teams do at their kiosk and is not one of the aspects judges consider for the Catalyst Awards.

• Form to submit Arena presentation speaker(s) details

  • Please identify up to three speakers and provide their details (name, company, email address, and mobile number) by 3 June 2025
  • Speakers will still need to register themselves using a Catalyst pass
  • We can only accommodate three speakers on the stage, additional team members can be in the audience to say a few words and answer questions
  • We highly recommend having a representative from a Champion as one of your speakers.
  • Be sure to invite audience members back to your kiosk for more information and/or a full demo
  • These sessions WILL NOT be recorded

• All teams must use the Innovation Arena Catalyst presentation outline slide deck for their session
• Submit your slides to [email protected] by 4 pm CEST 16 June 2025

• NO EXECTPIONS *** We can not accommodate ANY updated to slides after 4 pm the day prior to you presentations

  To give each team more speaking time and allow for smoother transition between presentations, we will be unable to accommodate any changes after 4 pm the evening before your speaking spot. 

  • All teams must use the Innovation Arena Catalyst Presentation outline slide desks for their session
  • The outline slides are organized into 4 topic sections for teams should cover
    
    • Each section has questions for team to answer when applicable
    • Teams can edit slides and add videos / animation but still should aim to  cover topics in outline
    • Please embed videos in the slide deck itself and let us know which slide it in on so AV technicians can test before your session
    • Teams can add up to a maximum of two additional slides
    •  Don't forget to upload your slides to your project webpage 'Resources' for attendees to view 

  
  

  Submit your slides to [email protected] by 16th June. Only crucial changes can be made after this deadline, and must be received by 4 pm the day PRIOR to your session spot.

  • Slides will be preloaded to the Arena computer by our AV team for use during our presentation
  • A remote mouse provided to advance slides and A comfort monitor with count down timer will be visible from the stage
  • Teams will be kept stickly to time, we recommend speaking for 8 minutes and allowing 1-minute for Q&A. A tone with play at the 9 minute mark for teams to exit the stage and allow the next team to be introduced
