My Logo is correct - If the Logo we have on file is correct then there is nothing for you to do, please do not reach out to us to confirm it is correct, we will take silence as confirmation
You have my Logo but it doesnt look right - You may have supplied your Logo as an RGB file and not a CYMK file as requested, this means the colour may be slighty off, please supply the correct CYMK Vector print file to Catalystsops@tmforum.org ASAP - if we do not hear from you regarding a logo by 16th May we will move ahead with the logo we have on file.
My Logo is missing/ wrong/ and old logo - We have not received your logo/new logo and we are now at risk of it not appearing on the signage, please supply to Catalystsops@tmforum.org ASAP

What's included in your kiosk stand
Kiosk equipment:
- 2 x 39” monitors with HDMI cables
- 2 x remote controls
- 2 x wireless clickers
- 2. wired internet connections
- 2 x 4 way power bank (Note 2 x monitors use 2 plugs)
- long cupboard (non-locking)
- Moonshot Catalysts also have a small cupboard underneath the counter
- 1 lead retrieval scanner
Optional equipment located at the Innovation Information Desk in the AI & Data Innovation Zone
- Wireless keyboards
- Additional power bank
- 4 port switch (very limited availability)

Internet/Wi-Fi Requirements for your Catalyst Kiosk at DTW-Ignite 2025
No external Wi-Fi broadcast devices (routers, access points, personal hotspots etc.) will be allowed under any circumstances as per our standard contract terms. This will be monitored and enforced by event security.
Your demo kiosk stand includes:
- Two wired internet drops estimated at 5-10 MB up/down bandwidth each on a shared backbone
- We strongly recommend you use the wired connections whenever possible as the Wi-Fi may have disruptions beyond our control.
- Even laptops and many mobile devices that do not have a built-in ethernet ports can use USB-C adapters (for example) and you should bring these with you to use the wired connections.
- We encourage teams to bring a switch and RJ45 ethernet cables and split that for any additional wired devices if more than two connections are required. We will have a limited number of switches available at the Innovation Information desk
- We’ve upgraded the bandwidth for the Catalysts to maintain high bandwidth connection for all your devices.
- Reminder: Please don't forget to bring a USB adapter for Ethernet (and HDMI) if your laptop does not have these ports.
- Access to shared event Wi-Fi connection.
- Catalysts will have their own dedicated Wi-Fi the will ONLY work in the Catalyst zones

- Every endeavor is taken to provide reliable Wi-Fi, however, on occasion it is subject to interruption outside the organizer's control so utilizing provided wired connections is strongly recommended
- Note: 2.4GHz devices will not be supported
- Catalysts will have their own dedicated Wi-Fi the will ONLY work in the Catalyst zones
Catalyst Network Requirements form - Must be placed by 10 May 2025
- Fill out the Catalyst Network Requirements form
- List of any connection requirements (in addition to the 2 wired internet drops) for any non-personal devices or equipment that requires Wi-Fi that will be used at your kiosk. This will allow us to work with the venue and ensure they are properly supported.
- Wi-Fi setup for a demo will only be available based on technical requirements demonstrating that utilizing wired connections is not feasible.

Innovation Arena Catalyst presentations
Innovation Arena Catalyst presentation Speakers details: Due 23 May
Innovation Arena Catalyst presentation outline slide deck: Due 16 June, 4 pm CEST
- All Catalyst project teams at DTW Ignite 2025 will give a 9-minute presentation on the Innovation Arena Stage.
- Innovation Arena presentation sessions will be listed in the DTW Ignite 2025 agenda on the event website and in the app
- Catalyst speakers are NOT listed on the event website nor app
- The Arena presentation is separate from the Judge's demonstration team will do at their kiosk and is not one of the aspects judges consider for the Catalyst Awards. Please see DTW Ignite 2025 Catalyst Awards page for information on the award judging process
Form to submit Arena presentation speaker(s) details
- Please identify up to three speakers and provide their details (name, company, email address, and mobile number) by May 23rd.
- Speakers will still need to register themselves using a Catalyst pass
- We can only accommodate three speakers on the stage, additional team members can be in the audience to say a few words and answer questions
- We highly recommend having a representative from a Champion as one of your speakers.
- Be sure to invite audience members back to your kiosk for more information and/or a full demo
- These sessions WILL NOT be recorded
NO EXECTPIONS *** We can not accommodate ANY updated to slides after 4 pm the day prior to you presentations
To give each team more speaking time and allow for smoother transition between presentations, we will be unable to accommodate any changes after 4 pm the evening before your speaking spot.
- All teams must use the Innovation Arena Catalyst Presentation outline slide desks for their session
- The outline slides are organized into 4 topic sections for teams should cover
- Each section has questions for team to answer when applicable
- Teams can edit slides and add videos / animation but still should aim to cover topics in outline
- Please embed videos in the slide deck itself and let us know which slide it in on so AV technicians can test before your session
- Teams can add up to a maximum of two additional slides
- Don't forget to upload your slides to your project webpage 'Resources' for attendees to view
Submit your slides to CatalystsOps@tmforum.org by 16th June. Only crucial changes can be made after this deadline, and must be received by 4 pm the day PRIOR to your session spot.
- Slides will be preloaded to the Arena computer by our AV team for use during our presentation
- A remote mouse provided to advance slides and A comfort monitor with count down timer will be visible from the stage
- Teams will be kept stickly to time, we recommend speaking for 8 minutes and allowing 1-minute for Q&A. A tone with play at the 9 minute mark for teams to exit the stage and allow the next team to be introduced

DTW - Ignite quad (expo) schedule
Teams should have enough members onsite for their kiosks to be appropriately staffed during all open quad hours.
ALL Catalyst teams must be moved-in by 8:30 am Tuesday when the quad opens to attendees!

ALL ACCESS PLUS pass holders can access the quad starting at 7:30 am each day of the show
Lead retrieval scanners
- Each Catalyst team received 1 scanner, but all members of the team will have access to the lead data
- This scanner is for the entire Catalyst team and can only be used to scan attendees visiting your kiosk or arena presentation
- Usernames and passwords will be email by end-of-day 12 June 2025 from support@fielddrive.com
ONSITE
- A member of the project team must PICK UP & RETURN the scanner from the Exhibitor services desk located behind the Media Village
- Tell technician you are with a Catalyst and give your project URN and Kiosk #
- Fill out form and make sure the label on the scanner matches your Catalyst
ACCESSING LEADS
- You can log in at anytime to download your leads
- Link to Final list of leads will be sent - Must be listed as Team member on project webpage to receive link

Project teams are responsible for having sufficient members onsite for speaking with judges and staffing your kiosk for the duration of the event.
- Each Company receives two ALL ACCESS+ passes per Catalyst project
- Once the SOW contract is signed a unique registration link for the two passes is emailed to the signee
- Clients, colleagues, and teammates can receive a 25% discount off an All Access pass by using the promo code CATALYST2525 when registering
- + Pass also allows the recipient entrance to the show floor during non-hall hours including Monday & Tuesday move-in times.
- All Catalyst project team members attending the event, including Catalyst Arena presentation speakers, must register themselves - we do not register for you!
